OBS, is the most advanced and very good. But it's hard to set up, so it's not worth it for a 15 second report.

Bandicam, it's my favorite you don't need to adjust for screen, it's automatically ready with full screen. And just 1 click of a key in your keyboard and you're recording (f12)

Fraps, i've never used fraps. But it looks easy to use, very good. I really suggest it.

The only way to stop it is with more help from the community CubeCraft is trying their Hardest you can help speed up the prosses though by reporting people

I used to hate seeing hackers in games but ever since I started reporting It's so much fun getting to catch hackers and know I am helping the community so just be patient and while you wait don't be afraid to report ;)
