On Bedrock every survival world is a Multiplayer world. There is also realms that could be hosted 24/7 or you can host your own Survival Server very easily off your PC

Visit there and once you do that you can watch a 2 minute tutorial showing you how to host it :D, although you don't need to portforward either you could also get your friends to join the same VPN and they could join too to make it even easier
