Spigot on Bedrock?

Does anyone have any idea how this seems to run Spigot on Bedrock?

The only mostly feature-complete translator is ProtocolSupport PE, but that doesn't support that latest versions of Java or Bedrock. Others, such as Geyser and DragonProxy, are nowhere near ready.

So how do you do it?

No, that's not how it works. Bedrock has it's own, different server software.

Probably easier to develop for and more stable then alternatives for Bedrock.
It has to be a custom protocol translator ;)
