Snowman Survival

Sometimes, when I play Snowman Survival, I get kicked out of the game and I'm getting send back to the hub..
Until one minute ago, it wasn't when the game started.. But I just got kicked out of the game..
I don't have proof yet, because I don't know when I'm getting kicked out.
But why is this a thing?

Maybe you joined with multiple other people and got kicked because the server was full?

When the game hasn't started yet, I can understand... (Sometimes I also got kicked when I'm already waiting a while.)
But the last time I got kicked, the game already started, people couldn't join anymore..
