The only thing you could probably do is report this as a bug HERE.
Edit: did you try relogging?

Sky block glitch Furniture takes up a slot but you cannot see it or move it

If you haven't already, try doing something with it now, the issue is reported as resolved so you should, in theory be able to get furniture and place it properly now
