I don't think so either. We are on cubecraft forums, technically everything we talk about here (with a few exceptions) should be about cubecraft not other servers.
As @iCheeetah said, ask a staff member just to make sure, but I doubt it.

It is Here the forums of cubecraft, but I think that you can. It is to see what. If you want to suggest something and you have a good picture, Why not?
If itsn't advertising or you don't give the name is it allowed, but I am not sure, I have based me on the rules.

This was done before to showcase a suggestion. The server had died and the person suggested recreating its gamemode. I think that would be one of a few cases where it wouldn't be against the rules though.

No inappropriate names or skins: Names that use racist/extreme swear words or sexualised words. Skins that are deemed offensive.
