Cool, you got /report for the entirety of the network! Now we can stop seeing people repeating the poem of asking for it being for everyone and members saying it'll get abused.
But, I have a few issues with it.
You're extremely under-staffed.
This is no news, but allowing the command to be open for so many will really cause chaos for such a small staff-team. You already don't allow reports through #staff-help (which, mind you, the reports in-game would be more than the reports on the discord channel as it's more accessible and generally just easier.)
What I would suggest:
A hell ton of people have been complaining about how the Obsidian rank is arguably useless for its price compared to Emerald. If you want to make /report more accessible but with a lesser chance of being abused, give it to the Obsidian rank.
/chatreport is basically what you might think it is. Unless your parents are related. By reporting a user via /chatreport, the server will generate a log of the last 10 minutes, which has been, more or less, suggested before, to stop the spread of fake reports so much, and to make it possible for Labymod users to report people from chat, since they can't report with Labymod.
And obviously, so it doesn't get abused:
