Redo ban appeal

Hello,

2 years ago I got banned (permanently) from the CubeCraft Network for teaming,
And I wonder when/if I can appeal again to play on the server again.
I have taken a long brake from Minecraft and I would like to play again.
I was 11 back when I got banned and I'm 14 now and I won't do stupid things like that anymore.
