easy take block, click on front, become mobile, pc becomes mobile as soon as you realize it, click in front of it, but be careful, balzen you may fall

In Minecraft Bedrock edition you can click in front of you to build.

U can learn so search in YouTube (how can bridge in bedrock) and u learn

Thats normal bridging on bedrock. Place a block while looking down (no need to shift). You can also search for tutorials on youtube
