  • We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

I think it is called a streamsniper and as far as I know it isn’t forbidden. This happen with a lot of famous streamers on twitch. On several games, so it is one of the disadvantages of being a streamer.

I would recommend you add a large stream delay to your stream, because this means it is harder for the stream sniper to follow you into games. Unfortunately it's not punishable but I can understand your frustration.

You talk about stream sniping here, this is not punishable, unfortunately. It is very annoying that you are getting stream sniped, but many streamers suffer from this. The only thing you can do is put a large delay on your stream: for example 5min. This is the only solution.
