Problem with "true challenge"

Hi, I'm trying to help me friend complete the true challenge. He helped me complete it pretty easily. Last game, I left and when he sold my sorcerer IV tower he only got like 200 coins. Is there something wrong with his game? I thought you get 65% of the tower's value when you sell it. I'm confused why selling towers is not giving him the appropriate amount of money. His name is DonFernando. Please help!

You need to be the only one on your team to get the full 60%. It might be different, but I rhink it's like that.
