Permentant lapis in the encantment table in hunger games

So the people who get lucky and find lapis are kind of op cause they can encant the crap out of every thing an be op cause if there is 2 lapis in the encantment table it would make it more fare so i just think that it would even out the playing feild

I don't know, the idea is not to have lapislazuli and have to look to find.

And if so, everyone would choose the kit table enchantments.

You must have the kit! It is too op for PvP! Like on lvl 6 Sharp 2 Iron/Diamond is too op!

It would make it way too easy to have 2 lapiz in the enchanting table already. And it wouldn't help much as some players would just steel it out of it. Not really a difference to finding some in a chest then ;)
