No appeal code given

i want to create an appeal but it saids:give the appeal code given in the game.

But i dont get any code in the game or in my mailbox.

Hey!

When you are muted, you're appeal code will be given when you try to talk in chat. When you have been banned from Cubecraft your appeal code appears on the bottom of your Ban screen.
