I like your ideas :)

But I am not sure about the vanity points and the EULA... since you can only buy them with real money. When someone doesn´t have the money to buy them it affects the gameplay in a way because they can´t purchase them in any way then. It could affect the gameplay if you can use the blocks to hide in better spots.
The EULA is really tricky and complicated. Like every law, I´d say.

No , its not to use it on Hide and Seek but on Lobbies and on the Creative Server . So it doesn't affect Gameplay in any way.
