Bedrock Minerware glitches

In the past 2 days, there has been a glitch that destroys half of the map, and it remains like that for the whole time so many people, including myself, fall into the holes at the start of the round meaning that we automatically lose. This has happened twice now and it is quite frustrating to be in the running to win and then be tped to a place with no blocks, fall into the void and get eliminated as soon as a minigame starts.

i also gained effects from the game in cage like jump boost or pvp on in cage

This has happened to me as well. I think it mainly happens in any minigame which involves some of the map being destroyed including explosive bows, less is better and more.

I had reported this before a week or so ago and this is what I was told:

So I would assume then to not report it as my report was closed rather then accepted.
