MinePlex Shut down

mineplex has been shut down, It's been in a weird state for a while, they haven't done any updates to the server, and everyone has left. I'm shocked that they got rid of the bedrock server, as it got a lot of players, and I'm also surprised that the java version stayed around for so long. I can't say that I've spent a lot of time on the server as it was always inferior, but I did enjoy playing cake wars. what is your experience?

mineplex was the very first server i ever played in, back in 2015 i think, i played with my cousin on java and we had fun. a true shame to see it's closed now

Man if cubecraft ever get shut down I hope they don't do it like mineplex, I hope they give us a 2 day warning so I can play and explore one last time with my in-game friends before it ends
