Java Make the Battle Zone storm come in MUCH quicker

hi.

i suggest making the battle zone storm come in much quicker, or at least make the map smaller. At the moment, it takes at least like 2 minutes to find another player. don't think this needs much more explanation.

This could be nice, but I think the time of which the border comes in should be determined by the amount of living players. Less players -> Border starts to move earlier. It comes in at the same speed, but it starts moving earlier than it does now.
Overall, I agree with this.
