Absolutely not. I don't know about you but I like to have the peace of mind that the player is now gone and won't be back, meaning I can carry on with the game and use my diamonds/gold to shop accordingly.
For example if it was a bowspammer that crashed I'd use a stack of diamonds for a sharp 5 instead of a pearl. Now imagine if they "rejoin" as soon as the sharp 5 is bought.
If you crash, you crash. Tough luck, better luck next time, let's not punish players that just want to play the game at peace without having to worry about people disconnecting then coming back at an unannounced time.

That's a good Idea, I like that to be honest, This should be added, I hope they add this to be honest.
