hello i need staff i tried to buy the frost wand for 250k spirit and when i clicked buy the npc didnt give me the frost wand and didnt take the 250k spirit required as payment i did not get the new wand and the option to buy it is gone so i got screwed

my xbox gamertag is og8998 or og#8998

i hope u can help was looking forward to getting the new wand i got the air and hydro

ok i tryed to look under bedrock bugs and said there was no threads so can this be fixed
