Lag spikes in kit PvP op

Kit pvp always seems to lag a ton before the restart but after that it is fine.
Since the server hasn't restarted all day the time before the restart could be a little laggy.
Also, it's not the internet, (or the brand of computer) everyone has problems with the lag.

if we reduce the amount of memory the server has and the GB# to 0, the server won't run anymore, which means there will be no more lag. great solution amirite?
