Is playing the java edition of the server through the GeyserMC project on bedrock bannable?

Yep! It’s allowed, however it’s use at your own risk as it might cause a false sentinel ban. Fun fact Geyser is apart of the Open Collaboration Project founded by CubeCraft :)
