Is this a 1.13 issue??

So much lag...5 sec later (CRASH)

Is this a fixable bug or something because it is obviously not my connection.

I've experied very much fps lag too but never crashed. I've no idea what the problem is.

I would highly expect it to be a 1.13 issue, rarely have i ever seen any game do a major update and not have performance issues (thats what hotfixes are for) try logging into another server or into a single player world if the problem persists chances are its something wrong in the game version
