so iam currently in a game of op speed egg wars in the library map and the dark blue team put a barricade of obsidien around the spawn point of my team and didnt break my egg is this just to make me suffer. is this bannable?

No, it is not a punishable offense, But nevertheless, if you do team, if it is considered a Cross-Teaming offense, anyway if something like that happens I consider you to leave the game, since someone could misinterpret it and report.
