From my personal experience the gamemode "Infection" usually ends with the infected winning. I think to make the game a bit more balanced you could for example: Make the humans drop a bit before the infected not neccesarily a very long time but maybe 5-10 seconds so the humans can have a bit more time to get geared up.

As a Infection leaderboard player, I have to agree with this. I have 1050 Infected wins and 12 human wins..

I think they need a whole 30 seconds. Or 15 at least.
I like the concept of whats suggested but not what was suggested as the time.
