Implement dual wielding in classic duels

I dont see why not use dual wielding for PvP in classic duels. I’d like to try no cooldown spam + dual wielding. Anyway, only the cooldown was the controversial thing- I remember most people being quite positive about dual wielding.

You can still do it, but you can't use hotkeys to do it. You'll have to put it in the slot yourself
