I Need Your Opinion On Something... And Quick!

I have recently caught footage of a supposed hacker but I'm not quite sure it's enough evidence to convince the staff that he is a hacker or if it would be a wasted report so I want to hear your opinions on this; here is the video.

The only reason I supect him of being a hacker is because there were 2 instances of him hitting someone while he was facing directly the opposite of the player; backwards. Which was at 1:29 and 1:58

I've checked the whole evidence and the only explanation that I can give you of why he is hitting backwards is because he has some connection issues meaning that whatever you see him doing (hitting for example) will be delayed.

What you can do though is report him for impersonation if you haven't already.

He's not a hacker. He had just some lah and then it looks like hacks but in this case it's not hacks.
