The profiles have a delete option for everyone, not just staff members. It's meant to be your own page where you decide what content stays there, that's not censorship. If you just want to let her know her message was too complicated do it in a conversation. If you want to make fun of the message, make a thread about it. It's fine to post that as a profile post but people are free to delete them if they want.

Nice comic, I want more. The *cough* amazing art *cough* is charming. You could do some cool stuff with this.
However;
You've also made it blatantly obvious who you're talking about and basically just called them out for removing something they'd rather not have on their profile, which they can do, staff member or not. The entire comic falls apart when you realise it has literally nothing to do with the staff at all.
