really? On the Report guidelines Mac said,"
upload the video to a video hosting site like YouTube." He didn't say you had to use YouTube. He just need to make a google account and confirm it with a phone number in order to make a YouTube account.

I already know how. The problem is, I cannot create a YouTube account for reasons I don't care to mention.

it doesn't accept this because they can't see the footage of what banned them because it has a short time where it will stay on the sight
just because @Mac says like it doesn't mean this will be accepted

tbh i dont see the point in reporting a hacker on forums because in the 30 minutes that you spent figuring out how to report you could've been doing so many other things and someone else will probably report him anyway. there should be a way to report in game like /wdr Mkill14 Being too Good

Firstly, everyone is, as you say "property" of their parents at any age. Secondly, I can't really help you, but I can say that if your parents are worried of that you're going to post, then can't you just make your videos unlisted, or explain them why you need a YouTube channel? Maybe they will understand(?) =P
