Coding I can't find this plugin?!

Hello Cubecrafters!

I'm searching for a plugin for a while now, but I can't find it.
It's a plugin which can put items in someones inventory at certain areas.
For example I go from a safe region to a pvp region. If I step into the pvp area I automatically get my pvp items, because of the plugin. When I go back to the safe area again I get a compass or something like that.
I've been searching for such a plugin, but can't find it.
Does someone know a relatable plugin?
I hope someone knows the awnser to my question!

This is a plugin that can give items when you walk over a certain block. But if you really want a plugin for areas than someone has to make it.

You can do this with vanilla commands, I forgot the exact command though, lol.

Maybe /testforplayer or someting? I'm not so good at command blocks lol
