For how much it would be cool, it would be too much OP at the same time.

If they even gives you a small percentage of stuff, you will be stacked at the first seconds of game. Trust me, I can get full iron with 20 diamonds already at the first 30sec. of game, by rushing to mid. If then you get players's stuff, then you will end the game in a minute. Too much op. On TheHive they drop the stuff, but the generators are super slow so it's justified.

Though I have my restrains. I want it to be like Hypixel where you only drop the loot (iron, diamonds, gold). NOT the armour, swords, blocks, or anything else.
