Bedrock Frustration regarding the ranks

So basically this is a suggestion to cubecraft. Recently I started replaying on cubecraft after about a 1-2 year break from the game. And when I came back, I noticed all of the ranks are the same price, but are instead a 90 day pass, a subscription model of sorts. This annoyed me a little, as many other companies have done the same to their products but its fine to me because I have most of the ranks. The frustration I exert is because some features such as the ability to host private games are within the passes of their respective games, but people who had the old rank are not able to use them. This is incredibly frustrating as I paid for my rank a couple years back and expected to be supported for the features I paid for and any other upcoming features. In addition, Lucky Blocks and Pillars of fortune where merged into one “lucky games”, which is fine but I think also since I have the luckyblocks pass I should be able to access the pass features of Pillars of Fortune, or Cubecraft should not combine them. Mainly, I’d like to be able to host private games on the pass that I paid for and expected to be able to be supported in the future. Thank you for reading this and I hope someone of the cubecraft team responds, as if I am in the wrong in some way I’d like to know.

Hello! The reason permanent rank holders cannot create private games or similar newer features is because they were not included in the legacy rank package, you bought the rank for the perks that it promised at the time. The rank does not guarantee that you will have access to ultimately all upcoming features tied to that game. The same logic goes for the lucky islands rank, it still works for voting and map selection in lucky islands, not across all lucky games. You initially purchased the rank to have access to the listed features for lucky islands only, which you still have access to.

The newer subscription model is not a community favourite, but it undoubtedly worked very well for CubeCraft. Since the change, many developers were hired and we're seeing a lot of improvements in many areas of the server, most notably being the anti-cheat, game production, and general game updates.

What doesn't make sense is that someone who already owns, for example, Eggwars Rank, needs to buy a subscription to create a private game, a subscription that offers things we already have, like voting, Select map; we already have that within the permanent rank, therefore the subscription price for those who already have the rank should be lower, because you already own some things. Or create a subscription to create private games in all modes; I don't count the Gold subscription as that since it also offers things that most people already have.
