I think there should be a friend plugin where you can add people as friends and then in friend list see if friends are online in the whole network and be able to pm them through the whole network

Eh. It doesn't have to be 5. There just has to be some limit. Maybe 15.

It would be hard to make it where you can msg them through the whole network being each area is a different server. But, it could work i like this idea

Or maybe stone ranks get 5, and you get 1 more friend slots added each rank you go up..

Stone: 5 friend slots
Iron: 6 friend slots
Lapiz: 7 friend slots

Ect.
