For staff: Redo the action of deleting a plot. I'm still mad at @Catzilla24 for deleting my plot and not giving me time, or a warning! (And it was christmas! I just donated to Gold!)

-Bigger polts based on rank. stone: 50x50, iron: 100x100, lapis: 125x125 etc.
-WorldEdit
-Rare chance of getting a speed diamond when getting a plot
-Special block menu. with blocks such as: barrier block, command block(not working of course) and all kinds of heads.
-abillity to do /head Insertnamehere
