Forum suggestion one: to turn off status alerts.

Everyone hates the fact that they can get 20+ alerts from someone's profile (@Cubs909 ), so an option that we can "unwatch" statuses to stop recieving alerts.

You can always turn them off in alert preferences, or just deal with the spam; isn't that hard to ignore alerts

People do not like alerts, and really cannot be bothered to scroll through a load of unwanted alerts to see their other alerts.

it's either you turn off statuses you've posted on alerts or spend a tiny bit of time scrolling

I used to wake up with like 100 alerts from not checking my forums 8-7, about 80 of which were resolved appeals and reports, it isn't that hard to scroll..
