I made a report a moment ago and it won't let me upload any files or reply to it. Does anyone know why? It's not locked

It was just a bug for that particular post, not having problems with anything else

1. Check that its not the floodchecker.
2. Restart your browser.
3. Refresh the page.
4. If it's still strange, try installing a new browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla, etc.
