Hi y’all!

Another small suggestion.

My thread from yesterday got escalated and I noticed something.

The thread was more like feedback and not really a suggestion. An escalation isn’t really the right prefix for good feedback.

It would be nice to have a “Feedback” prefix. The name can be different, that doesn’t really matter.

I’m suggesting this to make distinction between a suggestion and feedback.

Edit: Now that I read again I don’t exactly know what you mean, a prefix that’d go instead of escalated or when you post your thread?

Kind of an escalation for feedback.

Ohh but why would that be needed? I mean they would still talk about it with other staff members, and that’s what an escalation means right?

Because feedback can’t really get implemented.

They can change something about how they work which would be somewhat like implementing it though.

It isn’t really needed indeed, but just to make distinction.

I think it’d not have enough advantages to outweigh the fact that adding an extra tag could cause confusion.

People not knowing what it means, but other than that it’s also really not necessary.

Because feedback can’t really get implemented.

Then the Escalated tag shouldn't be replaced, the implemented tag should. No reason to replace the Escalated tag in the case of feedback, as the matter does get escalated and discussed within the staff team if the thread receives the escalated tag, even if it's feedback.
I don't really mind having the Implemented tag on feedback threads either, as their feedback basically gets implemented into the platform the feedback concerns.
