It would be a good idea to add vampirism, that is to say, that when you kill a player your health is regenerated and thus avoid the clean by the players.

No i think its pretty easy to avoid getting cleaned just by paying attention to other players. People who get cleaned all the time probably just pvp and dont even try to use iq plays. So short answer just play smarter.

I understand but if you are placing yourself in a fight were there could be multiple people only one thing can happen

Yeah i just watched some of your gameplay and the problem is you just rush people and never look around or think of a better option. So basically every fight you take is just giving people the chance to clean you.

also is hard cuz cleaners drain your healing, and sometimes you are low and you dont have time to heal, they just "one tap" you

maybe after u kill, you get that regen but u can't abuse it bc u can't kill anyone and anyone can't kill you for the next 5 seconds, giving you time to sort out the loot or run to a place where you can. so its sort of like uhc but shorter cooldown to not break the game.
