False banned for freezing game

Just got false banned for freezing my minecraft 3 times in the void lol.
Lots of false bans these days but didn't expect to ban me for freezing mc.

What are your thoughts on this?

My thoughts uhmm. Obviously it's never fun to be falsely banned but mistakes happen. :P
