Small Question - My first few weeks into forums I was receiving email notifications, but now they don’t know show up unless I go to my emails/go on the forums. Why is this?

This happened to me too - I'm not sure what caused it, but if you go to "Preferences" and scroll down to "Email options" just make sure they are still checked. Mine automatically unchecked, but they are working now.
Edit: Also make sure you've checked the appropriate settings in "Content options" and if you scroll even FURTHER there are more specific notification settings you can check. :D
