Eggwars new advanced item.

When I was playing Eggwars 1.9 I realised it hasn't got elytra's :o
So I had the wonderful idea to add them to the armour.

- Basic: (not included) 0 diamonds
- Normal (included) 32 diamonds
- Overpowered (included) 15 diamonds

I think this will add a whole bunch of fun to the game and make it even better!

Elytra's aren't added anywhere, due to the Anti-Cheat seeing everyone as a hacker that was using it. (That's why it has been removed)
It might get added back later on.
For now, try and have fun without them.
