I agree they will feel a bit scammed but like maybe on certain holidays or any random day it should let the non ranks and the ranks.

I don't agree at all. if every one can vote, no one will buy rank then cubecraft won't have money, with out money they can't run the server

No. Simply no. It still wont stop trolls, it would more likely cause them.

This is rank scamming because people paid for it. So if you gonna add it you will get in trouble

If everyone were to have the power to vote for an item type in eggwars, players that already have the rank would feel scammed. I know a few people that bought a certain rank just to vote for item types. Also, if this were to get added, OP will possibly be the only gamemode. (Rather than normal or hardcore.)
