Alright there basicall no rules about this, okay maybe one.
Basically ypu dont have to draw so beautifuly anyway,
Make it look ridiculous as possible.
You have to draw what the person above you says.
And reply to them posting the picture, then write something to let the next person to draw what you want.

EXAMPLE:
