I have heard the loot on bedrock and java are different
so i was wondering is there any other loot in RPG other then "well", well I like the well but i need to know if there is more to explore on RPG

Nope, you can get them at some NPCs hidden in the worlds.

The Quetzalcoatl is broken at the moment, so that's unredeemable. I haven't heard about this NPC in the top of the library. I have got the frost wand, from that NPC, but he does not give any special reward.

I am not staff, and so do not know when the Quetzalcoatl will be fixed.
Second, the Snow Golem is a different matter entirely, so I will not discuss it here.

It's not the NPC where you can buy the frost wand there is a another one on the roof of the libary.

If you mean the key to get inside the library you can get one when you kill a snow golem however, you kinda don't need it to get the loot because it's on the roof and you can't get on the roof from the inside. I personally got on the roof by parkouring some mountains and using my elytra although I'm pretty sure there are many other ways to get on there.

I got an arrow trail, but I'm on java not sure what you get on bedrock.
