Some confused user signed up with my email so I keep getting verification emails from your site. Please delete this user so hopefully they can create with the correct email.

Nope mods can to i requested a user down once for a reason and it was down seconds later

Here is the answer I got:

That user has already been removed.
Either way, theres not much we can do to block other people attempting to use his email address. It will try to verify it, and fail, if he doesnt click the link
But thats about it, he will still get emails.
Unless he signs up for an account of his own, and secures it, so that other people can't try to sign up as them again.
This goes for many other sites as well.
