All Networks default chatformats for ranks

So,now everyone is chatting in &7 white join messages etc are also in &7. This makes the chat less easy to read.
So my suggestion is to add default chatformats for ranks (or change them)

:Rank: SoppeJam : current chatformat for all ranks (color 7)

Suggested format
:Stone: SoppeJam : suggested chatformat for stone (color 7) (not changed)

:Bought rank: SoppeJam : suggested chatformat for all bought ranks (color f)

[Staff Rank] SoppeJam : suggested chatformat for staff ranks (color c)

I don't know, maybe stone rankers feel less important. But it's also in Hypixel and people aren't compaining that much. Add a poll with Yes, No and I Don't Know.
