Hey here is a vid for beginners in cubecraft bedrock blockwars ctf. As you can see im not a good player but i hope this helps.

The best way to play in my opinion, would be to get them from above and start rushing as soon as the game starts to catch them off guard making the first flag much easier to get than the other 2.

As stated above, rushing always gets them off guard, and you would have the momentum + advantage as their flag will be open and they will hesitate when guarding and attacking.
