Configuring how you receive kits

Being able to configure how you receive kits in certain gamemodes, especially in 1v1's. Its annoying to configure my hotbar everytime I join a match.

Also, can someone explain to me why you get 4 3min speed potions in a 5min match? Last time I checked 12mins is more than twice as much as 5..

Yes indeed, I think you should be able to customize your hotbar, I'm tired of reorganizing.
