When you tell someone they can't team with you.
It disappoints me how many people do this. Including people who are on the leader board. I do get it when people sometimes party up and join a solo game to get an achievement or to do their little challenges, but honestly doing this just for easy wins is pretty despicable.

Not if they're going solo but teaming in solo in disguise as going solo probably is.
Avoiding each other isn't bannable, killing a player together is, that counts as teaming.
