Can't rollback server

Disclaimer: sry if did is in da wrong spot, i culdnt fynd a help sekshun.

But anyways, I was working on a build on my server, and looking back, I didn't really like the changes I made. I have the CoreProtect plugin, but anytime I try to rollback the server more than a day, my player server completely crashes and 0 chunks get modified. Is there a way to fix this?
