Can you set a rank to a new account

Hello my name is Max,
And i want to ask. Can i transfer a rank to a another account?. I have Emerald rank and i would like to transfer that
to my new account. I would like to hear from you.

• The Transaction ID of the payment.
• The e-mail adress used with the payment.
• The Minecraft username which the Emerald rank is on now.
• The Minecraft username which the Emerald rank needs to be moved to.

- Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Minecraft username that the rank was purchased on
- Email address entered at checkout
- Username of the account currently holding the rank
- Username of the account you want the rank transferred to
